Logout link now on file manager

There is now a LOGOUT link on the file manager menu.

When you click the link, you will be asked to provide a username and password. It doesn't matter what you enter, it will NOT be accepted. Once you click on the "cancel" option, though, you'll go to a page that says you've been logged out.

You've always been able to log out by closing your browser (or for WebTV, by going offline), but this makes it a little easier.

If you use a shared browser - the computer at work, the computer at the library, etc. - then you should log out every time, so that nobody else can monkey with your account.
