1.) There have been recent court rulings dealing with pornography online. These court rulings do NOT change our terms of service. If we find pornography in your account, you lose your account, you do NOT get a refund, and you will not be able to sign up for another account.
2.) We're having phone difficulties.
The 877-404-6344 toll-free phone number is no longer working. When we have another toll-free number, it will be through another provider. We'll post the new number here.
At the moment, incoming calls to our regular number aren't working, either.
We're watching the support@domania.org email address closely. That's a poor substitute; often, we need information that people don't know to give us. If you include a phone number in your support request, we'd be happy to call you back. Indicate the hours it's OK to call, so we don't wake you (or wake the baby).
