Hi Everyone,
I was wondering about the calender. I looked and since there is nothing there i am guessing that we have to put our birthdays on again. Could someone walk us through it when there is spare :) time?

I posted here earlier using "reply" and it didnt stay put. Disappeared somewhere in cyberspace i guess... :) So am using the "post new comment" instead.
Anyway... i tried to put my birthday on the calender and the preveiw button didnt work. Will try again later.

Barbara, it is working. After you click on Preview, look right below the words "viewable by all members". You don't -have- to put anything in the body of the post in order for it to appear on the calendar, but if you go ahead and put the date or a message in the body of the post, it will show on the preview. If you just put in a title and then scroll down and choose the date from the dropdown menu, then nothing but the title will appear in the preview. Go ahead and click submit after the preview, it will appear on the calendar. :)

Got it in there.... My birthday is from 12am the 16th til 2am the 17th, which is okay by me. I actually left the times all on zero's.
The preveiw does work now, so when it comes up dont panic because where it says picture and your name beside it.. the picture comes up with that dreaded little "white box" with the red X in it. But after you submit it the picture shows up just fine. I am guessing it has to be a picture on the pc.. i couldnt use it from my Domania account so i uploaded it to "my pictures" first. How do the LBB's get a picture to work? Maybe i just didnt know how to put the URL in.

It doesn't want a URL, it wants a picture. A vidcap should work just fine....
Calendar enabled
We have enabled the calendar. :) All users can view it by clicking on the calendar link at the top of any page. You can add an event to the calendar by clicking on "add content" at the top of the page, and then choosing birthdays, events, or race. :) Add a title for your event (like "Barbara's Birthday"), choose the starting date and time and the ending date and time, submit, and it will be automatically added to the calendar. (Starting/ending dates are for events that might last for more than one day. Birthdays, of course, are for only one day.. so just put in the date of your birthday)
Go ahead and try this out. Don't worry about messing anything up, you will be able to edit your own events. If you have a problem, just post or send me a personal msg and I'll help you with it, or fix it for you. :)
PC users who have the left sidebar enabled can see the events calendar and upcoming events in the sidebar. (Make sure you have enabled the block in your account) The upcoming events section will show the next 6 events listed on the calendar. Webtv users can view the calendar at any time through the link at the top of the page.
